Till Löffler started his musical studies at the Richard Strauss conservatoire in munich.
Then he changed to the University "Mozarteum" in Salzburg where he studied
conducting (with Michael Gielen) - percussion (with Peter Sadlo) - pianoforte (with Klaus Kaufmann) -
theorie and praxis "old music" (with Nikolaus Harnoncourt)
As conductor and percussionist he worked (among others) with the composers Isang Yun, Sophia Gubaidulina, Adriana Hölszky, Mauricio Kagel, Luciano Berio, Giorgio Magnanensi, Klaus Ager, Herbert Grassl
During his studenthood first theaterengagements at the Salzburger Landestheater and the Salzburger Festspielen.
1994-2005 permanent guest at the Staatstheater Stuttgart as musical director, composer and director.
